In Development is a creative and design studio. Since 2014, we've worked with directors, production companies, agencies and brands at the moment ideas need to become real — researched, developed, designed and delivered.
Our work spans two disciplines: creative development for the advertising and film industry, and brand design for companies building something worth looking at. The clients change. The standard doesn't.

Creative Development
We work with directors, production companies, and advertising agencies — most often brought in at the pitch stage, though sometimes involved from first brief to final frame. Our production company partners have included Stink Films, Smuggler, Prettybird, Hobby Film, Loveboat, Iconoclast, and Tony Petersen Film, among others.
Brand Design and Visual Communications
We work with founders, studios, and organisations who need more than a logo — brand strategy, visual identity, marketing collateral, print, packaging, presentation design, and the full range of communications that make a brand consistent across every surface.
The brief determines the process. For pitches, speed matters. For brand work, we take more time at the start — understanding the business, the audience, and what the work needs to do before we design a single thing.
