Air Company

Extinction Ends Here

Project Background

We were thrilled to partner with Builders Club and the talented editors at Avenues to handle the footage research for a powerful new Air Company commercial.

The project was envisioned as an emotive manifesto film designed to highlight Air Company as an innovative, cutting-edge force in the fight against climate change. Their incredible technology (which is already being used by NASA) converts carbon into carbon-negative products and the film needed to reflect that groundbreaking scale. The concept presented the reactor with the same sleek style and premium energy of a contemporary tech campaign.

To bring this high-octane vision to life, we explored visuals that felt raw, focusing on textures and landscapes that blurred the lines between the organic world and advanced science. We also drew inspiration from chemical reactions, sourcing abstract footage that evoked nature, science and humanity.

Footage Research

Collaborating closely with the team at Avenues, we ensured every piece of footage would align with their intended script beats and support the film’s rapid pacing. By selecting clips that mirrored the concept of an escalating chemical reaction, we were able to build visual tension and excitement, smoothly transitioning from the microscopic wonders of science to the grand scale of human impact and climate awareness.

The fast-paced edit in the final film balances the sleek, high-tech reveal of the reactor with deeply emotive images of our world, and the footage we sourced helps to ground the modern, tech aesthetic in the soulful world-saving narrative. We’re really pleased to have had a part in shaping a piece of storytelling that highlights such a vital, forward-thinking mission.
