“SURVIVE TO 2025” – if you work in the advertising, film and television industry you’ve probably heard this mantra. You might even be repeating it. It’s affecting a lot of people. These numbers from BECTU and Indielab reflect the alarming scale of this growing issue.

But what’s causing it, is anything being done to recalibrate and at what cost? I want to raise awareness of the people behind these numbers – those who are reckoning with it – and get everyone talking. It starts with you. What’s been your experience and what can you see?
